Beds were very comfortable. No towels in room.
Breakfast wasn’t very good.
Man working desk became a little irritated I rang the bell 3 times instead of once when no one was at the desk to help.

Since the hotel has been remodeled from a Best Western it is a lot nicer. The rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable.
The reason for a four is the floor tile was cracked which should have been replaced during the remodel and the lens cover on the light nearest the sofa was cracked and taped together with scotch tape.
