Room very nice and clean, staffs very professional, location is very convenience.
The minus in my opinion was a group of protesters outside a hotel making noises, it's very annoying. (I hope they'll stop very soon)

Very accessible to metro . My only issue was during all my stay it was a group of union people protesting front of the hotel making some significant noise during all my stay. Also what makes me mad they come very early morning and stay until late night.

Staff was completely helpfull and very friendly. Very convenient distance to the Jarvis center. Hotel staff prioritize safety for guests staying, holding our luggage so we could enjoy our last day in the city was very convenient for us. Hotel was clean, breakfast was good.
