Great location in Times Square. Friendly staff. Largest room I’m seen for Times Square (you could actually walk around and bathroom had plenty of space/storage. All of our events were within a 15 minute walk. Discounted parking when validated by hotel. Free bag check before/after check in/out. Dove body/hair care products.

After 10:00 the security guard leaves the outside area and there are questionable people/activities in the courtyard area.

They kept our suitcases after checkout for a few hours which was appreciated

There's what could be a nice little garden area in front of the hotel BUT it's a public plaza and unfortunately drug addicts like to gather there and there were incidents involving police. The lobby is very small so it becomes crowded very easily. The carpets in the corridors need to be replaced because they smell a lot like humidity and they give the impression of being dirty. We are a family of three adults and got a triple room which they claim can accommodate four (in 2 full sized beds!) BUT the room was so small you would have to take turns to walk around, We travel with only carry-ons and there was no space for even those; they had to remain closed behind the entrance door (a fire hazard!) and only open them as needed on top of the beds. The bathroom door (hanging/slide door) was smaller than the opening (the frame) so you would have to center it as best possible for privacy. On the bright side, the beds although small, were comfortable and so were the nice pillows. Overall an affordable stay for one night but if you stay longer you may want a more comfortable room.
