I liked how close it was to Times Square, and the helpfulness of the staff. The room was very clean and functional.

It was a decent place to sleep at night, but very plain. The seal on the fridge was broken, so nothing stayed cold. The title of the posting makes it sound like you're staying at Times Square, but it's at least 3 blocks away, which isn't a terrible walk, but the title is a bit misleading.

The location was great, right next to the bus terminal. We walked to the Times Square, it takes 10-15 min. The view from our room was right on the Empire state building, had equipped kitchen and enough space compared to where we stayed before.

The hotel and the furniture was pretty old, but this is a minor thing compared to advantages.

Great well stocked and spacious room. I also thought the bed was super comfortable and the room was amazing value for money with the small kitchen. The kitchen was also well stocked and had whatever you needed. The staff was helpful and the facilities were great. My new go to spot to stay in in NYC!

The room cards kept demagnetizing so I would have to go to the lobby to reactivate the cards constantly. Other then that I really liked it

I liked that they had snacks and beverages to buy.

They did not provide a sponge or dishwashing liquid I had to ask for it in order to wash dishes for the next person staying.

O quarto do hotel é bem agradável porém, o ar condicionado faz um barulho enorme.

O prédio do hotel precisa fazer umas melhorias para o valor cobrado, que é muito caro. A localização, mesmo ficando perto das ruas badaladas é muito insegura, pouco policiamento e escura. A escolha desse hotel se deu pelo fato de ter cozinha, que nem usei porém, diante da insegurança da localidade eu me arrependi tanto da escolha que era para ter ficado 8 noites e só fiquei 3 isso porque das 3, 2 passei em outra cidade. Ah e no check out pedi a documentação de fechamento das diárias e eles disseram que não tinha, que era no sistema, eu questionei pois, estava saindo antes e mesmo assim não deram. Outro detalhe: eles não pedem táxi de NY, possuem uma parceria MUITO MAIS CARA, com um serviço e a depender da sua bagagem não tem outro jeito. Voltei para o meu antigo hotel! Que é excelente.

There were good bathroom facilities and a small kitchen that we had breakfast in.

The internet was very bad - the laundry facilities although looked good on the surface where never very available - there were only once a week cleaning and even then they never replenished stocks of things like teatowels/dishwashing tablets. We were unlucky that one lift was unavailable for a week.

Ar condicionado barulhento, limpeza de quarto só existe de vc ficar pelo menos 7 dias, atendentes não demonstram muita paciência (até aí, algo mais característico de NY)
