Para famílias e muito bom. São 2 quartos com 2 banheiros. Em um quarto são 2 camas de casal, no outro uma beliche e um sofá cama. Uma cozinha com máquina de café e uma mesa de escritório. Bem limpo. Super bem localizado, perto da times square, madison square garden, empire state e Macy’s. Muitas opções de restaurantes e cafés. Quarto amplo, o que não é comum em NY.

Não serve café da manhã e nos arredores há muitos moradores de rua.

Nothing, the worse experience of my life.

Sadly, our family member (mother) passed away during this trip. We had to reschedule the trip and return to Europe immediately. We asked for as help to refund remaining nights. While we were still in the hotel, I already had the death certificate with me, but the staff were so "nice" that they didn't need it and said they would take care of everything. Liars! Not only did they not handle anything, but they ignored calls from booking.com to refund the money. And when I went back to Europe, the hotel ignored me, did not reply and did not respond to Booking.com emails and continued to do so. To make another dollar, my trip has not been cancelled during this whole difficult period, even though I have been out from America for a long time. Avoid this hotel, because in the matter of any accident could happen, you will not only be alone, but you will also be scammed by the hotel. And to the hotel team, I wish that karma will come back to you to feel totally the same like our family, so that you will understand how the help is needed at such times, not scamming people. AVOID THIS HOTEL!

Sehr gute Lage, man ist zu Fuß schnell bei vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten, sehr schöne und saubere Zimmer.

Empfangsbereich, CheckIn erinnerte optisch und vom Personalverhalten eher an eine Jugendherberge. Das Hotel war komplett eingerüstet, was uns im 12. Stock nicht gestört hat, aber bei der Ankunft wirkte, als hätte das Hotel gar nicht geöffnet. Gleich nebenan ist eine große Wache des NYPD. Man hört zwar immer in NYC Sirenen, aber wenn mitten in der Nacht genau dort losgefahren wird, kann das störend sein, vor allem wenn man in den unteren Stockwerken wohnt. Ganz oben ist das alles ok.
