Easy access from Saitama-Shintoshin station, making it a 20 minute train ride from Tokyo. Price was good for a business hotel of its caliber and came with a solid morning buffet breakfast

Perfect location!!! It is right next to the station exit (it is a wide footbridge connecting hotel > station > Cocoon city). Downstairs, there are 3 floors of restaurants, one convenience store, and one dollar shop.
The room is in very good condition. The breakfast is with wide variety, spacious seats, high quality and wide range of food!!! Super good value with services surpassing expectations!
