Cute boutique hotel.
Clawfoot bathtub/shower combo not ideal.
Restaurant staff not overly friendly (especially during breakfast service).
Came back late afternoon and house keeping was still servicing our room (no problem) so we went down to the restaurant to enjoy a glass of wine while we waited. We were told we could not sit at a table for just wine and would each have to order a meal (we had already eaten lunch, and were only there due to room still being serviced)

One of the very best hotels my wife and I have stayed in. A magical and sumptuous hotel. Staff superb and made us feel extremely welcome. Situated right by the side of Guidecca canal, our room had a multi aspect view of the canal. Water bus stop Zattere just a few metres from the hotel meant that using a water bus or water taxi from the airport could not have been simpler. The city water bus service line 2 runs from the same stop with a very frequent service right down the Grand Canal, under the Rialto Bridge and on to the Piazza San Marco, Campanile and the Doges Palace. Impossible to over rate this hotel.
