Not really any amenities but the location is unbeatable.

Harpoon House was great, very centrally located to shopping and restaurants. Very impressed with how clean the entire place was. Way better in person than the pictures make it look.

We liked the property and enjoyed our stay! Great location, helpful staff, and very clean. The room and bathroom have been renovated nicely.
Because the property is converted from an old house so the room was smallish, and we were on the third floor so there are stairs to climb, which may be an issue for some folks.

Cute place in the heart of Southampton. A little bit bread and breakfast (minus the breakfast) mixed with boutique hotel. The room was large, nicely decorated and clean and they have a lovely porch. Within walking distance to everything in town. Highly recommend.
