I can't help but express our gratitude for Rosalia, the receptionist's, exceptional professionalism and politeness. She went above and beyond. Great place to stay. Appreciated an upgrade and Once inside a piece of heaven, lovely quality fixtures and fittings inc bath air on fantastic and location great. We had an issue getting a taxi early morning as the one reception booked didn’t arrive, so we needed to go to airport wasting train booking and extra cost…Top tip walk to the H&M taxi rank to ensure you can get one as usually a few in the rank.
