Everything was fantastic! We really enjoyed our stay, and the staff was all very friendly.

The staff was amazing, the front desk helped with booking excursions, massages, and private chefs. We did the panoramic suite and it was big, comfy, and fun. We had our own rooftop pool and 3 king bedrooms/3 full bathrooms.
Had a great on site restaurant and bar. Really nice gym. Elevator was available and some of the staff spoke English for us that need it.
Only slight negatives where the nearby surroundings where not great to look at and the water would, at times, smell bad so we would have to let it run. Like most places, no hot water. A/C had to run nonstop to keep cool.

Everyone and everything was wonderful. My only gripe is that the maintenance man walked in unannounced and that was very concerning for a group of women. I did complain to the owner about it.
