Perfect, very very beautiful property with lovely happy hour and afternoon tea facilities. Loved it.

Staff was very helpful. The lobby and public areas are very clean.
I was disappointed when I got a notice saying I would be charged 3000yen a night if we continued to use the the duvet for the sofa bed. The beds are very small for an adult and child.
We opted for eco-cleaning, but the beds were only made once.

My family stayed for 12 nights and it was absolutely wonderful. Great staff, excellent breakfast and had everything we needed. It made our stay so enjoyable having the comfort of this hotel! Perfect location for sightseeing as well!

Standard APA hotel, but the onsen and pool are a nice touch, close vicinity to both edo museum and sumo arena. Both highly recommend checking out.
