The stuff is very friendly, helpfull and speak good english. We asked to change the room to more quet and they did it immediately, i saw on dining room they help to the people to prepare the meal...
The room was very clean.
Good transportation ( bus number 3 is going from the hotel to city center and cost 8 TL )
- The cooperation with the hotel via email was poor, i asked about airport transfer and it took 5 days to answer, that they don"t have trasfer service.
Childrens swimming pool is too shallow. it"s good for small children, but for my son 5 y.o. was too shallow, and to regular swimming pool he can"t enter because it too deep for him
