The whole experience was magical! The rooms, the people and their hospitality was unimaginable. We will definitely be going back there! A special mention of Ryan and Abby who do exceptional work in making each and every guest feel more than welcomed and acoomade all their requests.

Nice little villa with a private pool was amazing. The beach was also really nice. You get a private golf cart for traveling around the resort. Great place with a terrific staff. Take lots of USD $5 and $10 bills for tips.

Everything in the hotel is excellent food service and our concierge Junior.

The property feels quite dated despite charging premium rates. Its five-star designation is misleading; it aligns more closely with a four-star experience. For context, the St. Regis next door clearly meets true five-star standards and highlights the difference.
That said, the food quality at Eden Roc is very good, and the villas are spacious. However, the promotional images are somewhat misleading and don’t reflect the reality of most rooms.
The beach, is beautiful, and we really enjoyed spending time there each day.
