Breakfast was fresh choice of way you like your eggs cooked.
Room is what you would expect, so quiet and relaxing..
Owner of the establishment could not do enough for us, so helpful, let us know when the bus times into Carlisle were, and, where local shops were. Definitely stay again

The property looked like it was upgrading. Our room was great. The dining and reception area was great. The receptionist was sweet and super helpful. Would recommend.
