great location and hotel is lovely. Lots of coffee and eating options. It's a little hard to find at first but after that all is good. Will use again to stay in London

We had an incredible stay, and overheard several of the guests saying, that they were familiar with the hotel and didn't need an introduction. In other words, when you've stayed once, you wanna go back.
My parents had book the stay for me and my husband. We just got married, and was surprised by the most amazing room with swans on the beds, roses, champagne, a plate with a cake and a "congratulation" written in chocolate AND a handwriting card with a beautiful drawing.
Choose this hotel.... Just choose it.
