Nice clean, modern-looking room. Breakfast buffet was very good, and WiFi was fast with a strong signal (something I had troubles with at other properties on the Ring Road). I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel Laxa is located by lake myvatn, a little further away from all the farmhouses which puts in a quiet location with views all round of Myvatn and still convenient. The staff at hotel are extremely helpful and friendly. They have a nice bar with quiet places for work and a game room as well.
I stayed for 3 nights and loved it, and would highly recommend.

The staff were fantastic, very accommodating and helpful! The breakfast was delicious. Our room had a bit of a smell to it but the hotel itself was very nice!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was extremely nice and well located. The breakfast was well supplied and had a large selection to choose from.
Dinner was excellent but a little pricey. I liked that they asked if we wanted a wake up knock if the northern lights could be seen from the hotel.
We had a lovely stay
