Great location that was pretty central to transportation hubs and shopping, dinning. Loved the professionalism and friendliness of staff, everyone from the front desk to management was A+ for customer service. Would definitely recommend checking this hotel out.

The hotel staff is very nice. It is about 15-20 minutes walking to Il Duomo… it is in a quiet area.
When arriving by train or plane use the tram! Easy cheap transportation.
It is a wonderful hotel. We stayed 8 nights. Pool is very small.
Breakfast is great!

We needed a place to stay before we flew out of Florence the next morning, and we couldn't have asked for a more comfortable, convenient hotel. The staff was super helpful and friendly and helped us book a 4 am cab. They even packed a to-go breakfast for us to wish us well on our way. These little touches made for a great last night in Florence.
