Courtyard Portland Downtown/Waterfront

The customer service here was great! After a very long day and delayed flight, the valet and bar service went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of to end my day on a good note. And it did! It was so appreciated especially when the little extra touches and services were not expected or asked for. Thank you!

Our stay overall was good. Had our room available and clean when we got to the hotel early. Location was great to all the restaurants and bars. The staff were friendly and ready to help. Our driver Saul during our trip to the airport for our departure was wonderful. Extremely friendly and a great driver. My only complaint was I called 5 days before our trip to schedule for airport shuttle pick up and was told to call when we landed due to flight being canceled or delay all the time. I understand that. So when we got to the airport I tried calling for 30 minutes and no one pick up at front desk to transfer me to the shuttle service. Finally after calling numerous times I got thru but was told the shuttle will not be available for 1 1/2 hour later. So I asked if the hotel will reimburse me for my uber ride. Was told to speak with front desk. We got there and they refused to reimburse our uber ride fee. So don’t book here if you need dependable transport from and or to airport.

We had a great time staying here! The room was nice, clean and spacious and the bed + pillows were extremely comfortable. Location was great and within walking distance of everything. Would stay here again!

We enjoyed our time there. Nice sized rooms. Sweet restaurant downstairs. Valet service was so handy. Great location to many shops restaurants and bars and the waterfront. It rained alot while we were but found plenty to do. Great beds and pillows. I can't find one thing to complain about. I highly recommend.
