Location, fantastic staff, clean modern room - there was a historic flood and the team was extremely kind despite the Lobby flooding!

The bathroom was a silly layout - a small water closet for the toilet, then no privacy for the remaining facilities which were essentially sharing a half wall with the bed…not a great setup for more than 1 person!

Friendly staff, especially Chris the bartender - he is excellent. Clean and modern facilities. Close to shops and restaurants.

The front desk tried to put me in a room with an alley view I booked a king room with water view Went back to front desk and they tried to say that Booking.com messed up Funny I have an email confirmation stating king with water view I got a double queen with water view Not what I booked But what can you do

The room was a bit noisy. We could hear noise in the hall quite easily - ie. the door could be better soundproofed.

Sheets were not cleaned, called front desk and they said cleaning signed off on it so it should be clean but clearly found a stain and children’s toys under the sheets, front desk said no one available to clean sheets. Walls were paper thin, no door on bathroom for shower.

Location was great, very clean new space. Staff was friendly.

Bathrooms are like an echo chamber without any vent or fan noise to cover any of your bodily sounds making it less than romantic. Toilet flushes super loud… I could hear anytime the guests above me used the bathroom too.

Loved the location and easy early checkin.

BATHROOM BARN DOOR. Unacceptable. It’s as if the designer has never had a stinky/noisy visit to the potty with their loved one in the room. I have no idea why this trend is a thing, but it needs to go. At this point, I wouldn’t stay here again, just because of this one thing.

Great location, property was a little funky but the room was great and the bed was super comfortable.

Great location, great staff, very clean, modern decor, bartender Chris was fantastic!!

We stayed in a 2 queen bed room - so I’m thinking 2 couples or mom/dad/2 kids or 2 friends, etc. There is NO PRIVACY to shower or get dresser. There is a door to the potty but nothing separating the room and the sink/shower. And to make it worse, there’s a huge mirror sitting between the 2 rooms to make your nekkidness even more visible. If my teenage boys were traveling with me, they would have been mortified.

We Really enjoyed the aloft, but we will never use Booking.com again delay in travel lost us the whole night

Great location, clean room with good space for a couple. If you're lucky, you can get free street parking across from the hotel, if not it's expensive valet or metered parking excluding the weekends (after 6pm on Saturday). No more than a 20 min walk to everything in area.

We lucked out with parking. $35 a night for valet seems excessive but c'est la vie I guess. Lumpy beds/pillows.

Cute & comfy.

Cute and comfortable room. The only bad thing was we paid for a "water view" but mainly we had a view of a homeless woman’s tent and rubbish across the street. We felt so bad that we went over and gave her food & water.
