Breakfast was freshly cooked to order, and delicious. Everything we needed was near to hand.
The room was comfortable, and appeared clean, although I found several cobwebs, and reminded myself that this was an old building. Nevertheless a quick sweep with the vacuum nozzle would sort this out.

Beautifully converted building with very spacious rooms in a very quiet rural location close to Southwold.

Tub breakfast was excellent.
Staff were very friendly.
The entrance to the Stables could do with a tidyup.
