Our stay at Dreams Macao Beach Punta Cana was absolutely incredible, and a huge part of that was because of three amazing employees: Rossy, Moses, and our butler, Manuel.
This was our first time visiting the Dominican Republic, and from the moment we arrived, they made us feel completely welcomed and at home. As two women traveling together, we were not sure what to expect on our first visit, but thanks to these three incredible individuals, we felt comfortable, cared for, and safe throughout our entire stay.
Rossy and Moses, who worked at the Preferred Club Adults-Only Pool, were always attentive, friendly, and genuinely caring. What impressed us most was how quickly they got to know us. They remembered our favorite drinks, anticipated what we might enjoy, and offered recommendations that we absolutely loved. It was those personal touches that made us feel special and truly valued as guests. They never made us feel like just another room number. They treated us like friends.
I especially want to recognize Rossy for the incredible impact she had on our stay. Rossy wasn’t actually assigned to us, but you would never have known that by the way she treated us. She went out of her way to check on us, make sure we were having a great time, and help us whenever we needed anything. Her kindness, warmth, and genuine care made us feel like family rather than guests. She has such a beautiful personality and a true gift for hospitality. Even though she wasn’t directly responsible for
