The room was clean. The staffs were friendly. I like the breakfast areas too as there were a lot of choices.

This is my first time staying at this hotel. I like the cleanliness of the hotel and room. I think the front desk needs more attention. I had a problem with the TV remote. I went downstairs personally and spoke to the clerk. He said there will be housekeeping coming to my room in five minutes but no one shows up. It will also be nice if they give us a copy of shuttle schedule. We will also did not greet by our last name or first name.

Except location is a bit far from CBD but the hotel provides shuttle bus to the nearby mall and TST. Staying here for a week and it is a very nice and decent hotel.
