One of the best Hotels I have stayed in. World class customer service

We were fortunate enough to stay at Sulfner in January and it was really fanastic. The rooms were very well maintained and exceptionally clean, the views were just amazing and the staff were wonderful. We included the breakfast and dinner each night which worked great and the food was perfect after a day out in the mountains. The motel is an easy drive up the hill from the town and Merano 2000 is also nice a close. Thankyou to all the staff who were always helpful and friendly, from our welcome drink on arrival to the dinner service, they were all brilliant. The pool facilities were also great. This was the most relaxing part of our Italy holiday and the kids really loved it.

A really wonderful family-run hotel, with some lovely touches that really set it apart. We stayed for five nights in the summer. Fantastic breakfasts, friendly and helpful staff, and big rooms, all with fantastic views. Highly recommend.
