The buffet breakfast had a large variety of tasty western and Japanese/Asian food items. The dining area had plenty of tables and the cleaning staff was very diligent in removing finished dishes. The hotel location is also a close walk to the Nippori JR station which has a direct line (Skyliner) to the NRT airport.

Room was spotless. Staff were efficient and welcoming. The breakfast was a standout: great range and terrific quality. The location was also perfect.

Amazing breakfast buffet, with lots of Japanese specialty items. There’re also Western and Chinese items available. The room is not big but that’s typical of Tokyo. Quiet location with very easy access to Narita and Haneda airports. Our kids enjoy the local park within walking distance. The fabric street is interesting too! Highly recommended!

Everything was great.
Can’t say the room is spacious but not bad considering it’s in Tokyo.
The room we stayed was 17 sq m. We cannot imagine staying at rooms smaller than this one thou —seems it’s common for hotel rooms around 10-15sq m. 17sq m is the minimal that should have.
The public bath on 3F was great too thou it’s not real onsen. I went almost every night.
The sink in the room’s bathroom was very low for face washing and brushing teeth. I’m 160cm and still think the sink is low. Feel like that height is for kids.
The location is super convenient. However, no Lawson nearby - there are a few FamilyMart nearby and one 7-11 right next to hotel.
