Excellent hotel with friendly staff, great breakfast, a fan in the room to help with the hot weather. Good tea and coffee.
Free parking and a great view of the Lake, close to Ambleside and from the room the mountains were clearly visible. Fantastic!!

We had a fabulous room overlooking the river. The amenities were great, and the breakfast was substantial.
