We had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Gettysburg. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained that made our visit enjoyable. The room was quiet, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, with plenty of fresh, hot choices to start the day. We truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Gettysburg.

Room-
Clean, a/c worked well.
Sink smelled from the drain pipe. Also, ask for more towels for more than 1 day stay.
Staff-
Kitchen, guy didn't speak english. Just point to what needs replenishment.
They have 2 coffee dispensers that grind whole beans per cup, no option. You're stuck with black, or adding half-n-half or 2 coffe mate pump flavorings. Slow system lines up the breakfast goers. Limited items, no milk containers for the kiddies. Did have yogurt and bananas.
Shops- check on maps who's open.
Food-
Fridays is close by, but
Ruby Tuesdays is a short 10 minute drive and has an excellent menu. Great service staff.
Sheetz gas station is at the first traffice light, they have quick foods hot and cold, ice cream, lottery, tons of drinks and a beer cooler.
Gettysburg national military park Museum and Visitor's Center is 8 minutes drive 2 traffice lights. No sweat.
Parking fills up fast.
3 parking lots and a handycapped lot first with speacial drop off access.
Parking at hotel is sufficient.
