We had a great stay at Casa Sunset Los Angeles for two weeks and would definitely recommend it. We stayed in one of the classic apartments, which was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well equipped with a toaster, dishwasher, a huge fridge, and all the essentials, which made it feel like a home away from home.
The WhatsApp customer service was a really nice feature. While replies to some queries could occasionally take a little while, the team was always helpful and it was reassuring knowing we could message 24/7 if we needed anything.
The location was excellent, especially if you’re planning to do the main tourist attractions around LA. It was easy to get everywhere by car.
We also didn’t pay for parking during our stay. There is street parking nearby, but make sure you read the parking signs carefully as the restrictions vary. As long as you pay attention to the signs, it’s definitely possible to park overnight without paying.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily book here again.

The first unit they put us in (on the 3rd floor) had an issue with the AC. When we called customer service, they told us to keep it set around 65 and wait until the next day for someone to check it out since we called at night. It ended up getting so warm that we had to go buy a fan.
When we called again, they offered to move us to a different unit on the 7th floor, which was much better. It also had a nice view of the Hollywood Sign.
Other than that, the units were nice, clean, and spacious. They had everything we needed, including extra towels, extra pillows, and a fully equipped kitchen.
The location was okay. You can't really expect much peace and quiet when you're staying on Sunset Boulevard, so it kind of comes with the territory.

Spacious, clean, seamless check in. I live in OC, when i come to LA this will be my go to stay.
