This hotel was perfect for us. The rooms were immaculate and we appreciated the modern technology. I don’t know what coffee you use, but it’s delicious!! Don’t change it!
I want to give a special shout out to Lindsey. She’s a gem! We flew in from Chicago for one night to attend a young boy’s funeral so our trip was not for pleasure. I had called the hotel after we landed in Jacksonville to see if we could check in early to change for the funeral and she was so nice to me. She was happy to report that our room was in fact ready to go and she would have our keys waiting for us. We had the pleasure of meeting her at check-in and she got us on our way with a smile on her face. The next morning at checkout she remembered me by name and processed the final bill. Our entire interaction with her was so pleasant and positive. I could tell she really likes her job and talking with people. You just don’t experience quality customer service like that these days. I would stay there again, just to see her! Please recognize Lindsey for shedding a bright light on what was otherwise a difficult weekend.

Staff was great. Very helpful nd respectful. The new texting feature is excellent, loved it. Great innovative technique. I also loved the to go bags in the morning as I was always hurrying out the door in the mornings and could not do the sitdown breakfast.
