Savoy Hotel Boracay near Newcoast Beach

From the moment we arrived at Savoy Hotel Boracay Newcoast, we knew we were going to have a wonderful stay. The reception area is absolutely beautiful — huge, immaculate and incredibly welcoming. We were greeted with fresh iced tea while being checked in, which was a lovely touch after our journey. Check-in was speedy and efficient, and the reception staff were warm, friendly and genuinely welcoming. Our bags were transferred to our room promptly by another courteous and helpful member of staff. And the room — simply fantastic. I genuinely could not fault it. It was spacious, exceptionally clean and beautifully presented, with a huge bathroom and excellent shower. The room was quiet and perfectly air-conditioned, with a lovely balcony overlooking the pool areas where we enjoyed the morning sunshine. I must also mention the housekeeping team, who were incredibly professional and kept our room beautifully clean throughout our stay. In fact, every member of staff we encountered was welcoming, helpful and attentive. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble. The food was also delicious, and the restaurant team deserve a very special mention. My personal thanks go to Kim, Helen, Chef Jay and Sir Abel. Thank you all for your warmth, hospitality and attentive service — you really helped make our stay so special. Another fantastic feature of Savoy Newcoast is the hotel’s private beach, just around seven minutes’ walk away, with complimentary transport available if needed. The beach is beautiful, with white sand, palm trees and a wonderfully peaceful setting. I honestly cannot find fault with anything about this hotel. From the moment we arrived until we left, the whole experience was first class. My only complaint is that I wish we could have stayed longer! A bit far from Station 1&2, luckily there was free shuttle bus.

breakfast is really good, pool is nice, very good location if you want to relax, very peaceful place. Beach is great scenic view while walking around the place. The nurse is 24/7 available.

the tv has no Netflix, just basic channels.
