nice little place and great for kids to swim in the pool . staff try there best to help

very dirty and not cleaned properly . pool was very dirty internet barely works very hard to communicate with staff even though they are very helpful .

The free shuttle and the flexibility of the staff

The room equipment is very very old. Air con is noisy and inefficient. Hot water was missing at the start. Wifi was not available in one of our room. The sink did not let water go away. Water pressure was very weak jn one of our room. The location is very much out of the center and the road is in complete reconstruction.

I like the staff, friendly and accommodating.

The experience with the facilities are very bad, the entire stay was a nightmare their facilities are too bad, broken locks, floors not clean, lightings are even bad we dont even know where the socket for the heater, toiletries were not provided, we have paid 12k plus for the venue and its not even worth it.

a bit far from white beach, but there’s a free shuttle service so no worries. lacks a bit of variety on breakfast- we had sausage almost everyday 😂 which was pretty good but some bacon would’ve been nice haha.

it had a roof and walls

non-existent service, the front desk was unmanned most of the time. a/c conking out in the middle of the night. supposedly hot meals for breakfast served cold. the property looks unmaintained, nothing like what you see in their photos

Room is generally clean

Facilities (pool and surroundings) not clean. Free breakfast not good. Staff not accommodating. Location Map (5mins to white beach) in the post is incorrect. It is actually 15-20mins etricycle ride to white beach, 30 pesos per pax one way fare. There’s a hotel free ride but only run 4x a day. Lights in the room too dim. Slow wifi. Need to climb up like 6-8 flights of stairs to the room without elevator, too much hassle when carrying heavy luggage. They ran out of bath towels, and towel quality is not soft type.

Staff is very kind and accommodating. All our request was given to us. Breakfast is good. Even though the hotel is kinda far from white beach, there is a free shuttle available in the hotel. The service exceeded the price we paid for. Thumbs up!

1. Staff. First off, si Kuya from front desk/over all manager/driver/server sa resto/housekeeping. My partner and I were both amazed as to how hardworking this man is. Biro nga namin pipirata namin sya kung may sarili na kaming business. HAHA! Trustworthy! We had issues with our accommodation reservation from booking.com. Did not get their message regarding the payment process although I had included my card details through the app reservation, but Kuya was very helpful, patient and made sure we get a room. He upgraded our room (not their fault that we were inconvenienced pero he find a way. He made sure we get a place to stay. Thumbs up!). Staff from their resto were also friendly and accommodating. Secondly, although the hotel is not near White Beach, free shuttle was available to and from d-mall, other beaches and other errands. We saved so much on e-trike fares because of it (kasi di biro and pamasahe ngayong may pandemic lalo na kung may kids na kasama.) May kasamang tawa at kwentuhan pa yan! He also recommended places to go to now na Monsoon season and maalon yung White Beach, he made sure we get to places we will appreciate the beach and the view. Third, tahimik yung place/yung hotel. Just what we needed. Safe sa guest/s lalo na sa may kids. and lastly, although the room was not as spacious as we think it should be, it feels homey. (kami lang yung makalat. HAHA)

Breakfast - we just find the free breakfast included in our package not as great for it's price. Don't get me wrong, masarap and malinis naman sya. Just the price was our issue.

We've spent 4 days & 3 nights and I must say that everything was excellent. Amazing service and great staff. God bless you all and thank you again for accommodating us. Till our next travel trip. 🥰

The distance from the Stations but they offer free service going to Station 1 and Puka Beach. Also, they will assist you to get a tricycle and inform you how much is the fare. Well done Orient Beach Team.
