Beautiful view and beach, nice fireplace.

Tiny room, no space for luggage or move around; was given just one per person very uncomfortable pillow (too soft, feels like no neck support at all). The owner is VERY particular about check-in time, zero room for flexibility. We were travelling for 16 hours with a small child who was exhausted by the time we got there and asked to check in a little earlier (no more than an hour earlier than check in time). The answer was a hard no. We waited in the rain outside and were let into the property at 3:58 pm. I understand it is his right to deny earlier check in, but this lack of hospitality left a very bad taste in my mouth and certainly spoiled the whole impression about this place. We could see that the house was empty, no other guests inside and the room was ready for us a long time ago. It looked like it was done out of principle, and not because they really were not able to accommodate it. Very disappointing, what happened with the hospitality part of this business.

The ecolodge has everything you need: rooms are well equipped, you share the kitchen and the bathrooms. You have direct access to the beach and close by you have a supermarket and a lovely coffee place open at midday. Oliver and Michela were very nice and welcoming and let us safely park our gravel bikes in the garage ! Thanks once more !!
