Casa Anna is a beautifuly decorated, very clean and comfortable apartment with all the amenities you need.   Located in a quiet area only 9 min from downtown Salzberg.  Anna has lots of information about where to go, how to get there and she is very helpful.  There is a charge to use the washing machine which I don't believe is mentioned BUT parking is free and Anna will sign you up for a free bus pass that takes you anywhere you need to go. The number 22 bus is a very short walk away and goes directly into Centertown.  We used it alot and it was very straightforward and on time.  I would recommend Casa Anna!

Uns hat die große Fewo im Dachgeschoss in der ruhigen Wohngegend ausgesprochen gefallen. Eine sehr, sehr saubere Wohnung, die mit allem ausgestattet war, was wir brauchten: bequeme Betten bzw. ein sehr gutes Schlafsofa. Bettwäsche, ausreichend Handtücher, Süßes und Getränke zur Begrüßung:) Absolutes Plus: die Klimaanlage! Wir hatten mehrere heiße Tage in Salzburg und fanden so abends und nachts Erholung. Die Fewo stimmt mit den Bildern auf Booking.com völlig überein. Die Kommunikation lief vorab reibungslos und sehr zügig. Wir wurden herzlich und persönlich empfangen. Die Vermieterin wohnt im Haus und steht bei Fragen zügig zur Verfügung. In drei Minuten ist man an der nächsten Bushaltestelle. Die Altstadt ist in 10 Minuten mit der Linie 22 erreichbar (incl. BILLA für Selbstversorgung). Mit der zuverlässigen Linie kommt man auch wunderbar zum Schloss Mirabell (15 min) oder direkt zum Hauptbahnhof (20 min). Für uns super, da wir mit der Bahn angereist sind und neben den verschiedenen Buslinien das Salzburger Land auch per Bahn erkunden konnten. Dank eines Guest-Mobility-Tickets (automatisch im Mietpreis inkludiert) absolut unproblematisch. Bis zur Festung läuft man gemütlich etwa 35 Minuten, bis zur nächsten Gaststube 8-10 min. Auch ein Abendspaziergang um den nahen Weiher mit Blick auf die Berge oder die Festung lohnt sich. Dort findet man auch ein schönes Freibad und eine Minigolfanlage (bis 20 Uhr geöffnet).

We had a nice stay at this apartment. The flat is modern, clean, and has everything you need in both the kitchen and the rooms. Having air conditioning in both the living room and the bedroom was a huge plus; even though the apartment is on the top floor, the flat stayed cool and comfortable. Having a private parking spot right in front of the garage was also a great convenience. The street is very quiet, and the location is good. There's a bus stop nearby that takes you to the city center. Anna is a great host, kind and helpful. We'd definitely recommend staying here!
