Spacious and clean apartment with separate lounge, bedroom and kitchen. Situated in Little Italy with lots of shops and restaurants. Although the apartment is some distance from the city centre, it is well served by public transport (both bus and metro). It is also less than 10 minutes walk from the famous Jean Talon Market.

The bathroom could use some updating.

It is a small fully furnished apartment. Quite affordable and practical.

The booking process was a bit unethical. After paying on Booking.com, you have to do additional verification on a site called Truvi.com. You must agree with giving them personal data and a scan of your ID, which they may share with other companies. Also, there is a hidden fee for extra insurance (property damage), for which one may already have insurance. I would have liked to disagree and find another hotel, but since it was unclear and unlikely that the money I already paid would be refunded, I was kind of forced to just swallow all.
