The rooms were lovely and super clean. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The overall vibe of the hotel was very good. Location was superb. Just a few mins walk to the Main Street full of cafes and restaurants. Also just a few mins from Kuta beach but in a quieter street.

It was a little bit difficult to find a space by the pool at any point in the day as the few sun beds were always occupied but beyond this small thing, we had no issues :)

Very good location. Straight in the center of kuta but little fit away from the noisy Main Street. Rooms are very confy and the staff is very handy!

Restaurant not great - quite limited menu but you are near so many fabulous places to eat that it doesn’t really matter Free to air TV - provided TV and remote but didn’t connect to anything 🤩staff very polite and apologetic but a bit strange to provide all the equipment but none of the channels - cut into my need to watch Indonesian soap operas in Bahasa that I don’t understand !! First world problem really so no complaint

Pool in Full Sun and Warm: The pool area receives direct sunlight throughout much of the day, making the water uncomfortably warm and limiting its usability for cooling off, especially in Lombok’s tropical climate. • Noise from Construction and Surroundings: There’s ongoing heavy construction directly across the road, which generates significant noise during the day and sometimes into the evening, disrupting peace and quiet. • Thin Walls and Internal Noise: Sound insulation is inadequate, allowing noises from neighboring rooms, overhead footsteps, and rolling items (like luggage) to carry through easily. This can be particularly bothersome for light sleepers. • Room-Specific Issues (e.g., Room 101): Certain rooms, such as 101, are positioned adjacent to the kitchen and cleaning areas, resulting in high levels of noise from staff activities early in the morning and throughout the day. • Severe Water Quality Problem: The most significant issue is the water supply, which has a strong sewerage-like odor. This makes showering unpleasant and raises concerns about hygiene, an experience that’s unusually poor even compared to budget hotels.
