The location was perfect. Right in the centre of the city! Staff were very quick and helpful in replying to questions.
The quality of the apartment, which looked very different to the photos online. eg wifi not working (had to use the wifi on the department store next door), fixtures and fittings falling off, big slits in the sofa, boiling hot room, lumpy mattress, rubbish bin and junk shoved into a corner (online is shows a nice purple sofa chair), hardly any natural light. The only window shows a wall that blocks all the light (online the closed shutters seem to hide this).
