No breakfast requested
Had to track towels down on arrival. Towels were delivered but to a mailbox room and not to our room with only 1 each for 3 day stay and no hand towels or flannels delivered disappointing on arrival after having to track down the keys at a shop close by. I was not advised this would be the case prior to arrival

The location is perfect for events at Sydney Olympic Park - walkable to everything. The building is lovely and the view was beautiful. This place could be a 10/10 if the furniture and bedding was replaced.
The sheets on both the beds were astoundingly old and thin - replacing them would make such a massive improvement to the experience at very little cost. The couch had a big stain on it which was very off-putting and we avoiding sitting on it. It was also very cheap and lumpy in general. Again this place could easily be amazing, I think what we paid for a one weeks' stay here could cover the cost of everything that needs fixing!
