Really excellent stay here, first time to this Hotel, 5th time to Madeira.
I have no hesitation to recommend this hotel, one of the best I have ever stayed at!
Staff are really nice, friendly, and cannot do enough for you.
Rooms - Standard, all very ample, clean and tidy, ample room etc.
I would pick a full sea view if possible.
Food and Drinks, amazing, loads of choices. Lots to choose from! breakfast all very good, lunch excellent and dinner. Sports Bar and Snack area are amazing.
Great location, checkin and reception staff all very good, again cannot do enough for you.
Would 100% revisit this hotel with our family again!
Also the come around at the pool and can get drinks for you - amazing, but I choice at some days to get it myself, exercise and all that :)
