Iberostar Selection Coral Cancún - Adults Only - All Inclusive

This was our second time at the coral adults only. What we love about us is the staff, especially Carmen, who worked by the pool. We upgraded to the 13th floor and the little jacuzzi was disappointing as one it was too hot to be up there without shade, the tiles on the jacuzzi weee broken as well as the jets in the jacuzzi. It wasn’t a big deal as we loved the pool area and it was always easy to find a lounge chair. Hotel is clean but looking old in certain areas like the carpets on each floor and the sofa covers that look worn,

It’s was great

Positives.....The hotel staff was very nice. The hotel room was beautiful. The food was great at Coral. Negatives... I didn't like that all the restaurants were located at selection, which was the non adult and the staff at ose restaurants besides the hibachi restaurant need A LOT more training. A little bit, more thought should go into nightlife, at an adult inclusive, it doesn't matter if you're trying to cater to Americans Over 60, you still have young people that stay there. And want to have a good time, at least a DJ till midnight and somewhere to dance thats not at a family resort. Now for some super honorable mentions who went ABOVE AND BEYOND... Nebai- Amazing waiter at La Barca Santiago - Amazing bartender at the pool Jesus -Amazing Crowd hype guy he brought a lot energy Eric - another great staffer La senora on the taco stand - Valerie - cooking and service 10/10 she was the sweetest! Yerinia- She made things happen! Attentive, kind, Amazing person on your staff Fermin - works at the all adult members only side but came to our rescue on the beach. Great attitude, great smile, VERY kind! Pascual - Another great server at La Barca. Extremely kind and humble! Alex bell boy - Room service staff, very nice Marco- our last night for dinner waiter super nice Jorge bell boy- Came looking for us when our transportation came to pick us up. He grabbed our bags, drove us all the way to the front of the other hotel, got us in the vehicle safely. Just a kind person!

Beautiful stay, wonderful customer service, clean room and environment, food was the best I’ve had in Cancun since I’ve ever been. Been at least 4-5 times. Enjoyed the family side as well for the pool and amenities. But the Adult side is truly where it’s at! Only negative was that my room in particular had some AC issues. But other than that I’d give my stay a 8.5/10
