Near to the main area but hilly to get to

We couldn’t get in for over an hour as we didn’t have internet so couldn’t receive the codes or any info. Had to phone daughter in England several times. The code we were given for front door (10 digits) did not work and only got in with cleaners help who then found out our flat no and other code for flat. We then popped over to shop and couldn’t get back in with pad no given to us. Shopkeeper had to phone you to get the emergency 4 digit code. If we had key fob we wouldn’t have had to keep putting in codes every time we went out. Also internet code didn’t work

Ben posizionato, adiacente alle vie più frequentate, arredamento molto carino e con tutti i comfort e le cose essenziali, clima in ogni stanza, ascensore comodo. Stanze spaziose a parte i bagni. Host gentilissimi e pronti a risolvere ogni problema.

L’appartamento avrebbe bisogno di più cura nei dettagli, finestre da sostituire, e muri da sistemare. I bagni piccoli e ogni tanto facevano puzza di fogna. Le docce da sistemare e aggiustare.

The location was fantastic and size of apartment. It was very clean and had comfortable beds.

Missing shower door and the other shower had a split in the hose!!! Looking now at past reviews these seem to have been a problem for a few months. They really need to be fixed!

Se stai pensando di prenotare un soggiorno in questa struttura, cambia idea, sei ancora in tempo. Ho prenotato un appartamento con altre due mie amiche e quando siamo arrivate, le foto non corrispondevano assolutamente a quello che pensavamo di aver pagato ma questo sarebbe stato il meno. In uno dei due bagnetti, il tubo dello scarico perdeva quindi per non allagare l'unica soluzione era quella di scaricare e poi chiudere l'acqua. Nell'appartamento c'era un terribile cattivo odore, la pulizia moooltoo approssimativa e le pareti avevano macchie di muffa. Unica soluzione dei gestori dell'appartamento "areare bene la casa", Booking in un primo momento, dopo aver ricevuto video e foto ci ha rassicurate che avremmo ricevuto rimborso da parte loro e, vista la documentazione, anche dalla struttura e ci ha consigliate di fare un'altra prenotazione. Così abbiamo fatto trovando un ottimo appartamento meno caro e ora che siamo tornate scopriamo che Booking rimborsa il 5% e la struttura 0! Grande Booking.com non mi sarei mai aspettata una così cattiva gestione di un problema reale e documentato. Pessimo il Customer care totalmente inaffidabile.

Appartamento maleodorante, sporco, con macchie di muffa e tubature che perdono. Servizio clienti sia di Booking che della struttura totalmente inadeguate e inaffidabili. Non prenotate un appartamento, ce ne sono tantissimi meglio posizionati e in ottimi palazzi.

good location - small shop located across the street useful - on 133 bus line with bus stop close by - adequate supplies for catering - have hangers in wardrobe - good towel supplied - welcome coffee/tea and washing up liquid provided - air conditioner worked well

tv did not connect to any channels - wine cork puller doesn't work - controls on shower very sensitive so slight touch could easily be too hot or cold - limited number of glasses/mugs if catering for more than 2 people - terrace very sparse with small chairs and seating impeded by lots of housecleaning equipment - tall curtains very difficult to open or close.

we had to wait till the last minute (3pm) to get the information regarding entrance to place! shower cubicle was broken!

Bagni: ciechi senza sistema di areazione; una delle docce con muffe sia sul doccino che sul piatto doccia; pressione dell'acqua insufficiente. Scolapiatti arrugginito completamente; aria condizionata non funzionante in una camera da letto, cosa nota all'albergatore (c era scritto l'avviso di non azionare l interruttore xchè impianto non funzionante) che non ha avvisato del disguido.
