Everything was wonderful, from the time we checked in until we left. Staff was courteous and friendly. Rooms were clean and much bigger than the usual small San Francisco rooms.

I thought the hotel was just fine. The back staircase was narrow, and it is an obviously old building, but everything worked. The breakfast was good. I had them hold my bags for half a day. My one recommendation is the bathroom did not have a lock on the doorknob. I would like to see that replaced.

We were incredibly late for check in because of weather flight delays. The staff was fully aware and provided comfort to us. The hotel was great, nice comfortable bed and we felt so safe. Will definitely come back again and refer other to this hotel. Thank you again so much!
