The terrace was one of the highlights of our stay. It is a proper open-air terrace, which was a very pleasant surprise as we had not seen this clearly mentioned in the reviews. The apartment with the terrace also has two bathrooms, which was very convenient for us. The apartment itself is beautifully designed and you can really see the attention to detail. It was very clean, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. We also really appreciated the luggage lockers available in the building — being able to leave our bags there after check-out was extremely helpful on our last day. Many thanks to the hosts for that. Payment was made through the link sent by the property, exactly as we had already read in other reviews, and everything worked perfectly. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and the location was excellent for exploring Valencia.

Nothing significant. We had a very pleasant stay and everything worked well for us.

It was spotless, modern and very comfortable. It has everything you need. The communication was excellent from the property owners, Yara and Sandra were really helpful and replied to our messages very quickly

Nothing

Supermarket literally just 1 minute away from the property, which was so convenient! Lockers were provided before check-in, which was incredibly helpful as we had our luggage with us. Sandra was amazing with communication and replied very quickly on WhatsApp whenever we had any questions. Around 20 minutes from the city centre if you enjoy walking, which we did! We stayed in the family room and the beds were so comfortable. Everything was clean, including the fresh sheets, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The showers did not have any holders for soap or shampoo, which was quite inconvenient and would be a useful addition. The sofa bed was not working, and unfortunately no duvet was provided for it either. One of the toilet doors was jammed, meaning we had to leave it open throughout our stay. The milk provided for the coffee machine was out of date (since 2024). An extra check of the food and drink supplies before guests arrive would definitely be recommended.
