The location was very desirable.

The bathroom had strange smell due to piping issues; even after asking the reception for resolving the isse; it wasn't resolved.

The air conditioner did not work, although it is already cold at night in December. The windows were open, only my husband could close them, the mechanism works poorly. Very audible conversations on the street, very!

As other reviews mentioned, the staff- especially Jem, the receptionist- were super attentive and helpful. For example, my luggage needed fixed and when I asked Jem, where I could find a tailor shop to get it fixed, he offered to take it there and return it for me.

The neighbourhood called Kaleici which is the Old Town and most popular area to stay is fun and lively but for anyone who maybe wants to go to bed before midnight and is a very light sleeper like myself, I best warn you that while the room is well insulated for sound, it's impossible to make it silent, while there is so much music going on not so far away about 100metres away.

Location was great, hotel had a nice swimming pool (though the backyard wasn’t very sunny), the main building was nice, towels were changed every day which was nice

we were put in a building next door and not the main hotel building. room was very dark even with all the lights on. it could be cleaner or maybe some renovation is needed there as well. it seemed a bit used and not super clean. also it was humid and towels and bathing suits didn’t dry inside. maybe it’s better in the main building.

The room , standard but view of the bins the carpet with fur in the room the bed with no bed sheets the dirty shower all and all horrible introduction to antalya . The place is nice just needs the fundamentals right to make it work

the location in the old town, the proximity to public transport to commute easily wherever you want. the excellent service and support you get. the receptionist are really customer centric. they changed my room as the first one was a bit noisy at night, they arranged a mosque visit, they booked a tour and answered all questions I had. also, the rooms in the ground floor are very authentic. you can get a memorable experience if you stay in any of them (very old, nice brique walls, nice design)

it can be slightly noisy (only if you are too sensitive to noise). breakfast can be improved, they will still do their best to satisfy you with what they have

this hotel is located in 18th century’s building and the location is perfect ! right in the middle of the old town. The rooms look amazing, each room is decorated with stones, some rooms even have fireplace - so cozy! I’d live there with a great pleasure 😁 10/10! you won’t regret staying there!

The hotel is in the old city, and it's close to the main road too. It is a very charming hotel, nicely decorated. The breakfast was good and the staff very friendly.

The location of the hotel is directly across a prayer building, and unfortunately we couldn't sleep well during our nights there because of the very high loudspeakers at 4 am. Other than that the street below our window is very frequented and the sound isolation of the room is really poor. We could hear every word spoken on the street and we would wake up many times because of screaming and shouting tourists.

My room was room no. 23 on the first floor and it was very hot and uncomfortable. The hotel had switched off the air conditioning because it was still not summer period but it was 28 degrees.

The location is good. The 2-bedroom apartment is very spacious and can accommodate 5-6 people. Kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook though we didn't need to.

The toilet needs a bit upgrade. The water kettle wasn't clean and there was dirt stuck inside. The overall ambiance isn't very warm. The apartment is located next to the main building and needs a key to access the apartment building. We were given one key only and it wasn't not very convenient if one person wanted to go out. I read about the restaurant's location but didn't expect it's quite a distance. We were very disappointed about the included dinner which was pasta instead of local food. We weren't given any choice. I asked for lunch but the reception said they could only serve dinner.
