Check in guy was great! Friendly, helpful, and a sense of humor ...so different from the typical clueless girl who cant look up from the phone. Staff very helpful.

Sheets had not been changed on one of the beds & had visible stains, it 2 queen beds so I used the other. Someone else's Food left in the refrigerator. Didn't look like they cleaned the tub. House keeping needs to do better. It is a nice place. I paid a lot more than I have to, so I can stay in a nice place. A little disappointing but stayed in much worse. Choice hotels are usually a good bet

We had a wonderful stay at Cambria Hotel Pigeon Forge! The beds were, without a doubt, the most comfortable hotel beds we’ve ever slept in. The rooms were spotless, modern, and very quiet, making it easy to relax after a busy day. The location is another huge plus—it’s just minutes from The Island, so getting to restaurants, shopping, and attractions was quick and convenient without being right in the middle of all the traffic

A few things kept this from being a 5-star stay. The front desk staff wasn’t very friendly or welcoming. I also witnessed someone taking towels from a housekeeping cart in the hallway. I reported it to the front desk because I thought they should know, but they didn’t seem concerned and made me feel like I was overreacting. The pool area is nice, but there isn’t enough seating for guests during busy times. We also had to leave early due to my mom not feeling well, and the staff didn’t offer any kind of refund or compensation, which was disappointing.
