I arrived and at the moment of checkout I was warmly greeted, given a packet with wifi information, tickets to get free pancakes at Reagan across the street for each morning I was staying and local suggestions on fun things nearby. The room was amazing with a great view, fire place and a huge jacuzzi. It was so clean and all the extra touches including towel animals and 2 hershey kisses.

Honestly it was an amazing relaxing experience. Next time I want to stay longer.

A lot of remodeling outside means they take pride in the place and how people perceive it.

The front desk gentleman was funny and friendly. I loved that there was no carpeting in the room. A towel animal on the bed with 2 Hershey kisses. The room was very clean and had no odors. It was super close to the Island. Arbor at island landing is in a fabulous location. The rate was very reasonable. Everything about our weekend was perfect. This hotel exceeded my expectations and that is hard to do.

I have zero complaints.

I booked a queen room but we were out in a double room. When we checked in the girl that checked us in was rude and very short.

No parking!

The breakfast deal they offer is awesome. We were able to walk to the Island where there’s a lot of restaurants and things to do. The location is great. The balcony is a plus I’m sure, but it was too cold to sit outside while we were there. The office staff are really friendly and helpful.

The bathroom in this unit is in dire need of work, especially the shower. This is really my only complaint.

Loved the location and decor. Also the free pancake breakfast, just wish it had included bacon. We added it. The room was spacious and the decor was so nice.

No creamer in packets for coffee.

Every morning there was coffee, donuts, juice, hot chocolate lots of other options the staff is very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to lots of fun things to do and eat.

No shelves in shower to put any supplies on and the floor would get wet easily.

Breakfast was good but located across a four lane highway. A little inconvenient.
