Home2 Suites By Hilton Pigeon Forge

Very clean, exceptional breakfast, pools were great!

We booked sun check in/fri check out, we arrived and had to wait, they gave our room to someone else, they had to minouver rooms to get us in, we had a stage 4 cancer person with us, we asked to keep the room one more extra night, fri night, because he was sick and needed the rest, they stated we would have to pay over $400 for that night and we had to try ourselves to book it, we wanted to stay in same room, they didn't even try to help us out for accommodations, we have stayed at home2 before but this part was a NO for a next booking with you. But as stayed the hotel was very clean!

Breakfast was great no problem with parking.

The room was nice and big. Liked the kitchen area and bathroom. The beds were comfortable. The AC worked great.

I was not impressed with the breakfast.

Good size rooms nice staff

The mattress in the rooms are terrible would have been better off sleeping on the floor
