As a family of 4 with two teenagers we had a really great time here! The staff are so friendly and the service is excellent. The location is perfect. The sun loungers are the best we ever had and the fact that beds were reserved for hotel guests made things so much easier! The place is very lively but it is great that the music is turned down in the late afternoon and all goes quiet at midnight.
I would have loved if the chairs on the balcony were more comfortable

- location was great
- staff really helpful and kind (special thanks to sayana who went above and beyond helping with all issues)
- room views fantastic- we were upgraded due to room issues
- there was parking available onsite
- The room facilities had issues: toilet leaking, room was not clean, old toiletries left in bathroom, not enough sheets and bedding for sofa bed, phone in room did not work,
-Breakfast was often cold and no taste (no salt or pepper or any sauces)
- Restaurant area smelt like cigarettes constantly
- Was informed that pool would be open prior to booking, however outdoor space was not set up properly

"Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und eine Mischung aus europäischem Standard und lokalen Spezialitäten. Sehr lecker und immer frisch und mehr als ausreichend. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, man kann all..."
