The hotel is very nice, the rooms are big and nice. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were very communicative and it was easy through WhatsApp, we got everything we needed from them.
The location is a bit far from the boulevard, it is quiet but If you're looking to be right in the center of the buzz it is a bit far.
The parking is practically impossible with a big car, we ended up parking on the street for most of our stay.

Nice location and the hotel is brand new so everything is clean. Klea and Gabriel had excellent customer service thanks to them the stay was even better.
Only issue was the room towards the door wasn’t soundproof.

Great hotel with great service and very very clean. Had to mention Gabriel. The breakfast is very good and we highly recommend this brand new hotel for anyone coming in Saranda!
