Exceptional Hotel with the Warmth of Family – Unforgettable Hospitality! If I could give this hotel more than five stars, I absolutely would! My experience here was truly exceptional, and I cannot praise the owner and staff enough for their extraordinary kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. From the moment you arrive, you are welcomed with such warmth that you no longer feel like a guest in a hotel, but rather like a member of the family. The owner and the entire team are some of the kindest, most caring people I have ever encountered. Their hospitality comes straight from the heart, and they make you feel genuinely valued, cared for, and completely at home. The hotel is beautifully situated in the village, offering a wonderful opportunity to experience the local atmosphere and the charm of everyday life. The rooms are exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well equipped with all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. Everything is well looked after, and the attention to detail is evident throughout. The staff are extremely competent, professional, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is the way they go above and beyond to make their guests happy. I have travelled to many places, but I have rarely experienced such extraordinary generosity and willingness to help. I wanted to buy a particular alabaster cat from an alabaster factory in Aswan. The owner and his team went out of their way to purchase it for me and personally arranged to have it delivered to my Nile cruise ship, which was anchored in Aswan — a journey of approximately three hours by road from Luxor! And that was not all. They also arranged to send another item I wanted directly to my hotel in Cairo. Just think about that level of dedication! Positive: The owner welcomed us with a complimentary fresh lemon juice, which was a lovely gesture. We also had lunch at the property (paid), and it was delicious and reasonably priced (around US$6). The air conditioning and hot water worked perfectly. There is also a beautiful swimming pool, although we didn’t have the chance to use it. The rooms are basic but comfortable.

Negative: No complimentary bottled water was provided, although there are local mini markets nearby where you can buy some. Unfortunately, there were ants in the beds, and we were bitten during our stay. The owner was very eager to promote additional services such as private drivers, tours, and even asked us to leave a review while we were still there. Although he was helpful, the constant sales approach became overwhelming. He would often come over to talk about services we hadn’t requested while we were eating, which made meals less relaxing. He also seemed unhappy when I chose to book a taxi with someone else. Breakfast requires choosing a specific time in advance. On our first morning, we weren’t informed about this, so we missed breakfast. The following days we scheduled it without any issues. The breakfast was good, but not the most complete.
