The property was as described and we enjoyed our stay. There was an issue with the keys when we arrived and the friendly staff quickly resolved the issue. The building felt safe and secure. The proximity to the underground was fantastic and there are a number of great local places for coffee lunch and dinner and drinks.
We have to agree with other comments regarding WiFi reliability and noise from the street at night, both from traffic and because of the close proximity to a club.

The apartment is clean, located 50 m from the tube station from where you can easily reach the main sights of London.
The bed is comfortable with clean sheets, also the sofa bed is comfortable.
The kitchenette is well equipped, except for the coffee maker that didn't work.
Wifi signal very weak.
The check-in procedure is very cumbersome and may seem suspicious, a lot of personal data and credit card data are requested for the 150 pound guarantee, but it's ok I got the guarantee back.

I've traveled to many countries and unfortunately most of the accommodations I've rented were far from what they appeared in photos.
However, this particular apartment was even better than the pictures and exceeded my expectations.
Everything was clean, tidy, and readily available.
This demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and commitment to guests.
I don't usually like writing reviews but this apartment along with the owner's kindness, hospitality, and responsiveness, compelled me to write here.
I highly recommend staying here and every time I return to London I will definitely choose to stay in this apartment again.

The location was good with the connective for bus & tubes
1. the entrance was very narrow, its very tough to take the luggage.
2. the room was very noisy during the night due to music for the ground floor bar
3. the sofa cum bed provided was very uncomfortable to sleep
4. there was a water leak from the ceiling in front of the washroom
5 the room heaters were not working properly,the rooms were chill. pl stick a maintenance contact number on the wall.
