Accessible

The location is near grocery store, restaurants , near Megamall and is accessible, the staff especially Cai is very helpful as she waited for us to check in ( note the check in time is between 1-4 pm after that there is a 500 pesos charge for late check in ) and after 7pm you cannot check in as this accommodation is in the residential side , only the registered occupants are allowed to go in the rented unit with their key card- this is good system as it ensures the safety of all residents in the building. Mark the owner is helpful and responds immediately to any queries, it is best to contact him in the mobile number provided rather than sending a message thru booking.com

None- keep in mind that it is a budget stay , toiletries is not provided which is stated, 200 pesos to rent stove per day if you are cooking but we did not use this as there are a lot of restaurants nearby, there are cutleries, plates, rice cooker , kettle , no microwave which is fine with us

Emma was very attentive and fair.

Basic toiletries would be nice.

The building is not high compared to other condominium. Good for Barkada’s. For big city it is quiet in the evening. Easy communication, the owner is easy to reach and also the cleaning woman is very nice. 😊 The pic below is after we left 😅 and the view from the window. 😊

They don’t have own swimming pool. You must always pay the entrance free of the swimming pool of the hotel in the same building before you can used it.
